Terresa Humphries-Wadsworth
Dr. Terresa Humphries-Wadsworth leads a team of grant managers who provide guidance and support to 50 grantees who received Implementation Planning grants from Vibrant Emotional Health, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline administrators. She serves as an Associate Project Director for the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance) and the Suicide Prevention Resource Center project. Dr. Humphries-Wadsworth led a team of national experts to develop Best Practices in Care Transitions for Individuals with Suicide Risk: Inpatient Care to Outpatient Care. Her work has contributed to critical resources such as the State Suicide Prevention Infrastructure project and Engaging People with Lived Experience: A Toolkit for Organizations. Previously, Dr. Humphries-Wadsworth served as Director of Statewide Suicide Prevention in Wyoming and developed a statewide community-based suicide prevention system. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Humphries-Wadsworth has provided behavioral health services in 5 states across remote, rural, and urban settings.
