About the Webinar
Transforming systems with Zero Suicide takes patience and persistence but when successful, change becomes the norm. This interactive webinar will engage participants in discussions about capacity building, staff readiness, and sustainability. We will explore the role of the implementation team, the importance of communication, strategies to support a just culture, practice improvement, and training. We will also take a closer look at how teams can use of the Organizational Self-Study and the Zero Suicide Workforce Survey to inform strategic planning of implementation efforts.
Participants will be able to:
- Identify three essential resources to implement the Zero Suicide framework.
- Describe three strategies to promote staff readiness for Zero Suicide.
- Discuss key aspects of the Zero Suicide toolkit that support sustainability.

Organizational leaders, implementation team leads, and staff responsible for quality improvement, risk management, communication, and training who are working in the state of Missouri.
