Tori Todd is a solutions-focused coach and learning designer committed to creating equitable, human-centered education systems. Tori believes in bridging the gap between cognitive learning science research and applied practices in schools to support students as whole humans.
 
She brings extensive experience supporting educators across the United States to create deep and authentic learning experiences. Before joining EDC she held roles as an educator, an instructional coach and consultant, and in the leadership of a Massachusetts-based nonprofit. She has supported over 150 educators and leaders across the United States and internationally to examine their practice and make sustainable change.
 
Tori holds an Ed. M. from the Mind, Brain, and Education program at Harvard University, where she studied cognitive science, personalized learning, and SEL. She holds a B.A. in psychology and English literature and is an alumna of Teach for America.
