Anne Huntington, research assistant, advances knowledge of strategies to improve the well-being of students, educators, and families in the United States and abroad. She brings expertise in qualitative research design and data collection, focusing on document analysis, and her primary interests are elementary curriculum and implementation.

Huntington conducts research for REL Northeast & Islands at EDC, which seeks to enhance student achievement. Recently, she co-authored the article “What It Means to Be Korean,” which explored conceptions of national identity in North and South Korean elementary textbooks.

Huntington holds an MA in International Comparative Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, an MA in Teaching from Emmanuel College, and a BA in History and Arabic from University of Notre Dame.
