Rachel Pascale is an expert in training and instructional design, strategic communications, and product development. Her professional passion lies in understanding the intersection of pressing public health problems to craft effective solutions. She advances initiatives focused on early childhood, social and emotional learning, mental health promotion, substance misuse prevention, and out-of-school time learning.

As a universal technical assistance (TA) coordinator for the Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting TA Resource Center and Innovation TA Center, Pascale designs and delivers engaging virtual events and develops videos, podcasts, and tools. For the Social, Emotional, & Behavior Academy, she developed highly interactive trainings. For Prevention Solutions@EDC, she developed a training series for state agency staff on the intersection of substance misuse and problem gambling.

Pascale blogs about teachers’ mental health and has shared insights on substance misuse and mental wellness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recently, she presented on natural disaster planning as a strategy for reducing health inequities.

Pascale holds a BA in American Studies from Dickinson College and received her PMD Pro Certification in project management from APMG International.
