Julie Ebin, an experienced project leader, is a capacity-building and e-training specialist. She is an expert in suicide prevention, LGBTQ+ concerns, HIV prevention, and event design and facilitation. Passionate about upstream and primary prevention approaches, she leads initiatives that use these approaches to improve outcomes for underserved populations.

Ebin leads projects on the intersection of preventing suicide, overdose, and adverse childhood experiences, as well as state- and community-level suicide prevention. Her projects have included leading the development of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center's Recommendations for State Suicide Prevention Infrastructure. Her specialties include supporting strategic planning, incorporating equity, program sustainability, transforming health systems, and supporting urban youth.

Ebin publishes on state suicide prevention infrastructure, adverse childhood experiences and suicide risk, suicide prevention in rural communities, and bisexual health. She frequently presents her work at the annual conferences of organizations such as the American Association of Suicidality. 

Ebin holds an EdM in Adolescent Risk and Prevention from Harvard University.
