Montgomery County Alcohol Drug Addiction Mental Health Services Board (MCADAMHS) received a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to implement Zero Suicide in Montgomery County. MCADAMHS identified four behavioral health providers to implement the Zero Suicide Framework within their organizations. MCADAMHS collaborated with Wright State University to help with grant evaluation processes including guidance for the administration of the National Outcome Measures assessment and the data collection for the Infrastructure Development, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion indicators. MCADAMHS is going into their fifth and final year of the SAMHSA grant but will continue to work with provider leadership to sustain this framework after the conclusion of the grant.
