An Hee Foley is currently leading multiple ventures and building the infrastructure and protocols to support the growth, efficiency, and sustainability of fee-for-services business opportunities at EDC.

Foley brings an expertise in translating for-profit business processes and strategies to nonprofit settings, including offering strategic business perspectives, theories, and frameworks; analytical capabilities; and financial management and business operations experience. Prior to joining EDC, she was managing director for SRI International’s Center for Technology and Learning, where she led business operations and executed strategies to expand the impact of research in technology-enhanced learning. Previously, she was director of finance and administration at Rosie’s Place and chief financial officer at the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.

Foley holds an MBA and MPH in Public Health from Boston University and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
