April 14th-17th
All Day

Visit us at booth #1622, where we’ll be talking about how healthcare systems can improve their practices to support the wellbeing of their workforce.

We're Thrilled to Join You at NatCon2024

April 14th-17th, Zero Suicide Institute at EDC will be in St. Louis, MO with NatCon, the largest conference for mental health and substance use care.

National Council’s theme for NatCon24 is “Invest in Yourself: Improve Your Practice, Increase Your Impact." The focus is on future thinking for the mental health and substance use care community. It's a topic that resonates strongly with us at Zero Suicide Institute. The Zero Suicide framework calls on healthcare systems to make transformative changes to support the wellness of all healthcare workers.

We're part of Education Development Center (EDC), a nonprofit that advances solutions for education and health in communities across the globe. We provide professional development to healthcare workers, prevention specialists, and educators in key areas, including suicide prevention and substance use. We also offer consultation to systems dedicated to improving prevention and wellbeing for their workforce and the people they serve.

Throughout the conference, you'll find us at booth #1622. We'll be near the Wellbeing Zone—check the app for directions! We'll be talking about the intersection of healthcare worker wellness and safer suicide care. And how transformative systems change requires a just culture approach.
